This policy explains how Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd ("Azury Digital", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13446812). Our registered office is 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7DT. You can contact us about privacy at info@azurydigital.co.uk.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration reference ZC188926.
When you deal with us directly — enquiries, an account, a purchase — we are the data controller of your information.
When a customer uses one of our apps (such as Lettright or MyWorkBase) to store information about their own clients or tenants, that customer is the controller of that data and we act as their data processor under a data processing agreement, handling the data only on their instructions.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our apps use a single functional token to keep you securely signed in — this is essential to the service and isn't used to track you.
We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service, acting as our processors: Stripe (payments) and Fasthosts (UK hosting on ISO 27001‑certified infrastructure, and transactional email via their UK‑based Livemail service). We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Your data is hosted in the UK on ISO 27001‑certified infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and backed up. We keep access tightly limited and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@azurydigital.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
