These terms govern your use of the products and services provided by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13446812), registered office 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7DT. By using our website, apps or services you agree to these terms.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Access may be granted on confirmation of a valid subscription or purchase.
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to break their security, or use them for anything unlawful.
You own the data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having a lawful basis to store information about your own clients or tenants, for whom you act as data controller (see our Privacy Policy). We process it only to provide the service.
We work hard to keep the apps available and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or update features.
Bespoke development, PC repairs and custom PC builds are provided on the basis of the specific quote or agreement we give you. Timescales are estimates. Any deposit and payment terms will be set out in your quote. Hardware may carry the manufacturer's warranty; we'll make this clear where relevant.
If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (where they apply) your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Note that where you ask us to begin a service or provide digital content immediately, your cancellation rights may be limited once work has started.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase; you can cancel to stop future renewals. Prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property in our software, websites and content. Using our apps gives you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use them for your business — it doesn't transfer ownership.
We provide our software and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We strongly recommend you keep your own backups of important data.
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Questions? Email info@azurydigital.co.uk.
