We’re a small software house that ships continuously. Alongside the products already in daily use, there’s always something on the bench — some destined to become products in their own right, some built for a single business that needed software shaped around the way they actually work.
We keep the detail light here. If something below sounds like your problem, get in touch and we’ll show you properly.
Small developers juggle the appraisal, the build costs, the subcontractors and the sale of every plot — usually across a pile of spreadsheets that only one person fully understands. We’re building the single place that holds all of it, priced for a small firm rather than a national house-builder. It’s in testing with real schemes now.
Most small retailers are choosing between an ageing till that does nothing clever and a cloud subscription that stops working the moment the broadband does. We’re building the middle option: tills and stock control that run on the shop’s own hardware, keep serving customers when the internet drops, and keep an honest running record of every sale and stock movement. It’s close to going into testing.
Plans live in a folder; the building is in front of you. We’re working on an augmented-reality layer that brings the two together on an ordinary phone or tablet — no headset, nothing to issue to a site team. It’s the most experimental thing we have on the go, and it’s being tried on real structures rather than in a demo room.
Every business owns things with a date attached — the van’s MOT, the PAT tests, a boiler service, a warranty quietly running out. Our receipts-and-warranties app StillCovered already does this for households; we’re building the business edition — every asset on the register, every key date remembered, and a nudge before any of them bite. Reports your accountant will actually thank you for.
Our lettings software grew up serving agents and housing providers, with all the machinery that comes with them. Not everyone needs that. This is the core of it on its own — for landlords who simply want their own portfolio in order, at a price that suits a handful of properties rather than an agency with a department.
Not every job should be a product. Some businesses have a way of working that no off-the-shelf app fits, and bending the business to suit the software is the wrong way round. On the bench at the moment:
Everything a professional dog walker needs in one place on their phone — GPS-tracked walks with the route mapped and the mileage counted, each dog’s details, photos for owners, and the month’s invoicing handled without a spreadsheet in sight.
We keep client work private unless our clients choose otherwise, so there are no names here. If you’ve got a job that software should be doing for you, tell us about it.
Early access is how these get better — the useful changes almost always come from someone doing the actual job telling us what’s wrong with it. If any of the above is close to what you need, get in touch and we’ll walk you through where it’s up to.
